Hi, well our rating for this resort would be no higher than a 3.
From day one we ran into problems, 1st day upon arrival noting worked in our standard room.
Every day problems with service, re no water or pop in room.
No set time for the cleaning of the rooms, when done where okay.
Problems with there safe, no lock or couldnt open.
No water activities to what they say you get, no banana boat, no canoe.
Telecommunications would rate a 2, over priced internet at 8.00 US a hour, extremely slow, 1 email takes about 8 minutes . Telephone's service in constistant pricing, depending on who you talked to at front desk.
No one speaks english, huge problem for most.
Food and Beach where a 4 star.
Overall, if you pay more than 700.00 canadian dollars, you will be un happy.
